Hi, I’m Maria Hintog (she/her/siya). I’m a queer, neurodivergent, first-generation Filipinx therapist, sex educator, and intimacy coordinator. My work is rooted in a deep belief: you are not broken. Rebels are allowed to have feelings too.

I specialize in supporting folks navigating big emotions, relational ruptures, identity exploration, grief, shame, rage, and the sacred mess of being human. My practice centers the experiences of people on the margins - rebels, misfits, deep feelers, and those told they’re “too much.”

With lived experience in kink, ENM, and queer communities, I offer a therapy space that is sex-positive, kink-affirming, ENM-aware, trauma-informed, and decolonial in approach.

I’m not here to diagnose and disappear. I’m here to walk beside you as you reclaim your voice, your desires, and your wholeness. Together, we’ll honor the complexity of your experience and explore what healing looks like when it’s rooted in truth, justice, care, and…plenty of humor.
